Our Staff

Our staff currently comprises of thirteen members, all of whom are cross skilled and form an important and integral part of the team.

Operations Manager: Who over sees day to day running of the business.

Account Manager: Handles all major accounts to ensure a constant high level of customer focus.

Logistics Manager: Responsible for managing all phone / fax / email orders from customers. Stock is then dispatched and back-ordered as appropriate. Stock levels are maintained with the reordering of new stock as well as regular stocktakes to ensure consistent computer records.

Delivery & Warehousing Logistics: Covered by four staff members who provide the important task of warehousing, managing and delivering of all stock products.

Jewell Distributors are highly geared towards the logistics of large stock management. The equipment and resources that we provide are:

-         Centrally located modern 1800m2 warehouse

-         Modern office space – 180m2

-         Modern infra-red alarm system 24hr * 7 days

-         4 Representative vehicles

-         3.5 tonne delivery vehicle

-         3 forklifts

-         Full computerised networked stock control system

-         Modern NEC PABX Telephone system

-         Internet & Email access
